At Tribal Tallow, each product is handmade in small batches with care and intention. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Tribal Tallow are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can properly assess the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Tribal Tallow is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Because individual skin sensitivities vary, Tribal Tallow cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or skin irritation. We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
