Shipping Policy
At Tribal Tallow, every product is handmade in small batches with care and intention. Because of this, our shipping process looks a little different than large, mass-produced brands—and we think that’s a good thing.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Since our products are home-batched, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, ingredient availability, and batch schedules. We believe slow, thoughtful production results in better quality—and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.
During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be closer to the longer end of this range.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping times vary based on location and UPS carrier timelines. Tribal Tallow is not responsible for delays once a package is in UPS’s care.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Tribal Tallow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to UPS, Tribal Tallow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting UPS directly using your tracking number.
That said—we are always happy to help guide you through the process if something doesn’t feel right.
Weather Considerations
Because our products are made with natural ingredients, extreme temperatures may affect texture during transit. This does not impact product quality or effectiveness. If you have concerns upon arrival, please reach out.
